Premier Inn Whitstable hotel

Hotel no longer has a restaurant attached to it. But have created a lovely room on the ground floor for BF and dinner - limited drink selection, but enough. Rooms are okay - beds very comfortable - getting a little tired in places, eg bathroom. The stand out thing about this PI is the staff. They were welcoming, friendly and authentic - each and every one of them

Im so thankful to edward, we lost my dad, i booked the wrong week in a mess, he sorted what he could and went above and beyond with my kids too, thanks to james cook, sophie, izzy, the indian young chap may of been saj not too sure he was on nights, young with curly hair and glasses, the blonde waitress with glasses, you all made our stay as comfortable and problem free as you could, you deserve pay rises, breakfast was great from the older miserable looking lady, but eggs were hard and mushrooms not looking so great with the young friendlier guy although freshly cooked croissants and pain au chocolats were amazing unlike none on previous times. Housekeeping mentioned my daughter needed a new duvet as wet through but wasnt changed, not sure if message had been relayed, also had to ask for toilet roll twice, pizza really good!

Needed an overnight stay near Tankerton. This was perfect location. Clean, comfortable. Managed to have a curry each on arrival before kitchen closed for the evening. Staff were very accommodating with this as they were about to finish cleaning the kitchen fir the day.

Just spent 3 nights at the Premiere Inn Whitstable. Since my last visit they have added a new restaurant within the hotel, The Social. All the staff were lovely and very helpful, I would recommend going for the Meal Deal, as its excellent value for money, all in all, a very pleasant stay.

We were welcomed by friendly staff, smiling and happy. The first room was not suitable for our length of stay, but we were moved immediately. The housekeeping staff were equally as helpful and friendly. Dealing with any requests immediately. Dinner was cooked by staff and was enjoyable. Nothing fancy, but a nice selection making the dinner and breakfast deal a good one. A shame that there was no bar as I'm sure we would have spent our evenings in the Social. Ella was a lovely friendly face in the mornings at breakfast. Chatting and helping guide us to our day sightseeing around North Kent. I must say Lisa cooked a very tasty breakfast, fresh and to order. Fabulous poached eggs.

Had a lovely clean stay. Really well priced at £50 including an excellent breakfast cooked by Lisa. I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast with coffee. I would definitely recommend and stay again. Thank you Lisa and the lovely young lady who seated us. Thank you.

Was greated by Stacey at the front desk who was very bubbly and helpful. The evening meal was very good and tasty thanks to Kelly. And Izzy was very polite and helpful, nothing was any issue to do for you. Thank made the nite

A more old school premier inn compared to the modern ones you’d find in and near major cities but that’s what added to it’s charm! Ceiling was a bit dusty/cob webs but that is what it is! Bed was okay for what it was but not the best I’ve slept in with this hotel chain. The breakfast in the morning was my highlight as it was hot and didn’t suffer the hotel brekkie curse of going cold as soon as its touches your plate. Overall, nice engaging staff, and only a stones throw to the main town. Would recommend!
